My new light and clean spring look… (just a few slight changes – I even added a few little birds of my own). Here’s how Little Window Shoppe looked before:
About the design…
This site is a Professional Blog design that uses Wordpress as the management system. It has a front page, with a 3 column blog (2 sidebars), navigation menu, background design, header design, favicon, post divider and blog buttons. It also has a contact form, image glider integration, front page post and image excerpts and a shoppe guide seamlessly installed with a 2nd CMS integration. I also created all the images and logos that you see on Little Window Shoppe
Mindy Taylor Music

Mindy is one of my friends and she likes to sing and perform for groups and events. She wanted an Professional Website Design so that she could have a place to refer her audience for updates, news, questions and music samples.
Her site is set up on a Wordpress Content Management System, has a front page, MP3 audio player integration, contact/newsletter form sign up in the sidebar and a blog for performance updates.
We started out with a few swirls in her design (above pictures), but after looking at it for a while, Mindy wanted to change the front page so that it was just a simple picture of her with a dark and white contrast in the border and the background.
May Blooms

“May Blooms” is my first premade theme for both Wordpress and Blogger. So proud! This theme is a Simple Blog Design with a script font, one sidebar, a horizonal navigation menu and two optional header images (swirls and flowers or tulip photo), and it has matching header and footer flowers. It can be found in my Theme Shoppe for $20.

This premade theme is clean, simple and has a cute little bug on it that I created last night. Isn’t it cute? I loved it so much that I was tempted to find a way to use this in one of my own sites. This theme is a Simple Blog Design with a script font and green outline. It has one sidebar, a horizonal navigation menu and will fit both Wordpress and Blogger. It’s currently available in my theme shoppe for $20.

{Front page first draft design}
Astrid Mueller has been a delight to work with! She is an illustrator based in Switzerland and her work has been featured in The Knot, You and Your Wedding, Marie Claire, and many others.
{Front page final design}
She wanted to create a Professional Website and Blog Design where brides and grooms could come to view her illustration work and invitation projects. So we set up an informational design on her front page with her basic contact information, logo, newsletter sign up form, illustration integration and a fading slideshow of her work.
The blog section of her website is temporarily on hold, but once her blog is established, it will include an image glider with content excerpts that are easily updated when new content is posted. Her site also has a customized sidebar widget and capabilities for ads and videos.
Chic Shopper Chick

Erika was one of my very first clients! Chic Shopper Chick is set up as a Professional Blog Design with a front page and 2 column sidebar. She wanted it to be “girly” and liked pink. I added a scallop on the top of her site and created her header and footer design to match the colors of her shoppe girl logo. She also has a customized sidebar widget that shows the latest updates for her posts and categories.
I love this footer! I thought it tied in the look of her site perfectly.
In addition to her site design, we also moved her website and content from Blogger to Wordpress as she wanted to have a self-hosted space for her website. Overall, it was a success!

My second premade theme! Pretty simple, yet bold. This theme is a Simple Blog Design with a bold font (customized to you of course!), two sidebars, a horizonal navigation menu and swirls in the header and in between posts. It will fit both Wordpress and Blogger. It’s currently available in my theme shoppe for $20.
Rockin Mama

Caryn, the owner of Rockin Mama, wanted to transfer her site to a self hosted space and create a Professional Blog Design. We transferred her site to Wordpress and built a design that has a front page with categorized post excerpts, video integration, flickr photo stream, horizonal navigation and categorized tabs with automatically updated post excerpts.
We integrated the header from her previous blog design, but I did add a new background and helped to create a coded text box for her blog button.

About this site: This is a Professional Website Design and included a full Wordpress installation and host set-up.
About the design: Ty really wanted his site to “pop” but to also stay basic and professional, so I added a border for contrast and edited his main picture. I established a front page with a drop-down navigation and basic sidebar buttons. I also incorporated a newsletter sign up form into his header and created a “latest news” section for his front page that is updated from his latest posts.
